SECTION 21 - SHIPPING AND RETURNS

21.1 Fulfillment: All outbound shipping provided at no cost to the customer (“Free Shipping”) is a promotional subsidy.

21.2 Return Logistics: Unless otherwise prohibited by law, the cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Ecocamel does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

21.3 Condition of Goods: Returns are accepted for items in original, unused condition. In the event of a minor cosmetic defect (e.g., surface scratches), the customer remains responsible for return transit costs should they elect to return the item rather than accept a partial credit or replacement part.

21.4 Risk of Loss: The customer assumes all risk of loss or damage to the product during return shipment. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
